Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.
Our team will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.
Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, at our discretion.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
