  • Exceptions will only be made in cases of defective or damaged products, subject to review and approval by our support team.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier services, customer location, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

  • Our team will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion.

  • Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Refund Process

  • Once a claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, at our discretion.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
